"Steve, Wanda, and Family, Just wanted to let you to know we in the Symphonic Winds here at Biola University are thinking of you all on this anniversary of Missy's homegoing. I've been through Missy's website again, read and reread all the posts and, as usual, tears came streaming down my face. How I wish she were still here! Nonetheless, Missy is always remembered in these halls, especially by the MISSY HAYNES BELTON SERVICE AWARD given to the student who "Demonstrates a Servants Heart and a Christ-like Attitude" . (It's considered the top honor in the Winds!). Please know that we'll pray especially for you in todays rehearsal. May God's infinite peace rule in your lives!
