We just wanted you to know that we are thinking of you and your family today. We love you and miss you always! Today also marks one year in "losing" our mom to her brain injury and it has made our anticipation and longing for heaven that much sweeter--we'll get to see you again and we'll get to see our mom whole again. :-) Praise God that this life is only for a moment compared to eternity with Him!

We always remember this day and our dear friend Missy. She came into Paige's life at such a perfect time. Third born, fighting for her place, young Missy whom everyone loved, and she wanted to be best friends with Paige. And what a great friendship it was and will be!!!
As I meditate on God's will and purpose, I can only realize what an enemy death is and what it cost to conquer such a foe. I have told you before, but I am so grateful for your faithfulness to trust in God and His love through such a difficult trial.
I pray you were close to God yesterday as you minister in Africa.

Thank you for sharing Missy's life on this website. I wish I'd known her. I was surprised to learn that she shared a birthday with my younger daughter, Asha, who was born on Missy's 16th birthday.

Happy Birthday Missy! 30!! Time has passed us by so quickly. I'm sure we would be sitting around together talking about how old we feel. :-) We love you so much and we will be celebrating your beautiful life this evening with your family. I stumbled upon this site shortly after it was set up and was touched by Missy's story. The love from Missy's family deeply touched me too. I never knew Missy but the warmth and affection from all who knew her tells me that she was very special. I hadn't looked in on this site for a number of years until today but felt compelled to do so for some reason. It's probablly nothing more than a coincidence that today would have been Missy's 30th birthday but it feels strange nonetheless. I know her family and friends will think of her everyday but significant dates like today will be especially hard.
