On April 14, 2001, a second benefit concert was held at the Central Church of the Nazarene in San Jose.
John Mack, world renowned oboist, and pianist Elizabeth DeMio, traveled from Cleveland, Ohio, to present an absolutely wonderful program. Mr. Mack has been Principal Oboist of the Cleveland Orchestra since 1965 and is considered one of the preeminent oboists playing in the world today. He also chairs the Oboe Department at Cleveland Institute.
This recording is great testimony to the skill with which the oboe can be played.

in Carmel in 1997 with Mr. Mack.

- The Winter's Passed by Wayne Barlow
- Sonata for Oboe and Piano by William Alwyn
- Sonatine by Maurice Ravel
- Melissa's Song by Paul F. Page
